
SUMMARY AND SUGGESTIONS
1. Purposes of Practicum
The purpose of my practicum was to gain practical teaching experience, apply the theoretical knowledge I have learned, and improve my teaching skills in a real classroom environment. This goal was successfully met as I was able to practice lesson planning, classroom management, and engaging students through various activities. Additionally, the practicum gave me insight into the challenges and rewards of being an educator.

I began by observing my resource teacher’s lessons to understand the teaching methods and classroom management strategies used.
